Hypnosis - or hypnotherapy - uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. This allows the subconscious mind to receive positive suggestions and start serving the client in the way they desire. I teach my clients how to be on the same team with their minds. This method is very efficient in healing fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of public speaking, emotional overeating, anorexia, addictions like smoking, drinking, substance abuse or virtual reality escapism (video games, TV). It can solve chronic depression, anxiety, panic attacks and accelerate the human body's healing processes (faster recovery after surgery, child birth, various traumatic incidents).

Cancellation Policy

Once you book a certain day and hour that slot will be blocked for your session only. That slot will not be available for another client. Please be aware that for this reason we do not offer refunds. Feel free to reschedule if you can not make it in a certain day and time. You can cancel and reschedule that session 24 hours in advance. Thank you!
